Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email hello@taevu.dk within the 14-day period. Please include your order number. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and function. Please return the product securely packaged.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. If the item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs; we will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs where required.

We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
