These terms apply to purchases made through the TÆVU online store.

2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Minor variations in colour and appearance may occur because of screen settings and the characteristics of handmade or small-batch products. Product availability may change without notice.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges and the final total are shown before you complete checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received.

5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Denmark. Processing times, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Your rights and the return procedure are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Defective goods
If a product is defective, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs. Your statutory rights, including the applicable legal guarantee for consumer goods, remain unaffected.

8. Candle safety
Always follow the care and safety instructions supplied with the product. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials, and place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

9. Intellectual property
The TÆVU name, text, images and design elements on this website are owned by or licensed to Danhyg Service and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

10. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences can be managed through the cookie settings available on the website.

11. Liability
We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before the competent Danish courts or the relevant consumer complaint body.
